3. The shipper shall provide valid documentation when consigning goods that are controlled by civil aviation and subject to procedures handled by public security, quarantine and other relevant departments.
4. The shipper shall control the authenticity and accuracy of each content in the cargo shipping document and the information and documents provided.
5. If the shipper consigns goods that cannot be fully transported due to different transportation conditions or due to the nature of the goods, they should fill in separate freight consignment documents.
